Built on more than 20 years of combined industry experience, we operate across the full energy value chain from upstream drilling operations to high-level trade desk execution, physical supply, title holding, and long-term strategic brokerage.

Founded by Jorge Tienda, Cynthia Metzger, Giovanni Halman, and Jacob Verghese, the company represents the unification of four seasoned professionals who have spent decades building verified relationships with refineries, title holders, end buyers, and global trade desks. Their decision to consolidate their networks, licensing, and transaction history into one unified platform created what is now US Global Fuels a young LLC backed by veteran leadership.

 

Leadership & Expertise

• Jorge Tienda brings extensive frontline trading experience and a deep understanding of physical product execution.

• Giovanni Halman and Cynthia Metzger, also founders of Visionshark Consulting, are known for structuring and facilitating verified oil and gas transactions between legitimate buyers and sellers worldwide.

• Jacob Verghese, Managing Director of Energy Trading for US Global Fuels, oversees trade desk operations and global market execution, working directly with two major international trade desks to move product efficiently and competitively.
